The present invention relates to a regeneration roasting activation device for a denitration catalyst plant and a regeneration method thereof. The regeneration roasting activation device comprises a heat preservation box, wherein an inner container, a heat preservation layer, a feeding channel and a feeding groove are provided in the heat preservation box, and a furnace door is mounted at one end of the heat preservation box; a circulation device is mounted on two sides of the inner container and is used for discharging air from the bottom of the inner container, and returning air from the top of the inner container; a heating device is mounted on the circulation device; a heat exchange device comprises a heat exchange box, an air inlet pipe and a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger being in communication with the inner container; an exhaust fan is mounted on the top of the heat exchange box and is connected to the heat exchanger; a fresh air blower is mounted on the heat exchange box; and the regeneration roasting activation device further comprises a feeding device, comprising a guide rail mounted on the bottom of the feeding channel, a driving vehicle for moving on the guide rail, and a feeding plate mounted on the top of the driving vehicle and located in the inner container and used for placing a catalyst. In the device, the catalyst is roasted and activated at a fixing position by means of the feeding device having the rail, temperature uniformity is good, all parts of a catalyst module are heated at the same time, a good roasting activation effect is achieved, and energy consumption is low.
