Abstract:
One embodiment of this refrigerator has a housing and a first partitioning unit. The housing includes a first storage chamber. The first partitioning unit is disposed in the first storage chamber and partitions the interior of the first storage chamber into at least a first storage section and a second storage section that is cooled to a temperature zone lower than the first storage section. At least a portion of the first partitioning unit is formed from an insulating material containing aerogel, xerogel, or cryogel.
