Abstract:
A refiner plate according to the present invention disclosed herein comprises: a body which is divided so as to have a disc shape when combined; and a bar which is separately manufactured from the body, and is coupled via grooves continuously formed at the end thereof, during a molding process of the body, wherein the grooves each have, at the opposite sides thereof, inclined surfaces between which the distance gradually reduces toward the end of the grooves. According to the present invention, when a pre-manufactured additional bar is integrated with the body during a casting process of the body, an open groove structure is adopted at the end of the bar to be coupled, and the opposite sides in the grooves have inclined surfaces, and thus, there are effects that flowability is excellent during casting, and falling out of the bar is prevented when damaged.
