Abstract:

A reference scene generation method based on an image, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: decoding an image so as to acquire frames that constitute the image, and sampling the frames on the basis of play time intervals; extracting feature information from the sampled frames, and using the extracted feature information so as to determine whether a scene has been switched; and, if it is determined that the scene has been switched according to the determination result, generating a reference scene on the basis of the point in time at which the scene was switched.
