This reducer comprises: an annular outer-tooth gear that has a plurality of outer teeth and is such that a plurality of through-holes are formed so as to be aligned in a circumferential direction; an input shaft that penetrates a space surrounded by an inner circumferential surface of the outer-tooth gear; a bearing disposed between the outer-tooth gear and the input shaft; an inner-tooth shaft that has a plurality of inner teeth, which engage the outer teeth, and surrounds an outer circumferential surface of the outer-tooth gear; a plurality of inner circumferential pins that penetrate the plurality of through-holes in the axial direction; and an inner circumferential pin holder that holds both ends of the inner circumferential pins. The inner circumferential pin holder includes: a first holder part that has an annular holding part which holds a first end of the inner circumferential pins; a second holder part that has an annular holding part which holds a second end of the inner circumferential pins; and a column part that links the first holder part and the second holder part and penetrates the through-holes. The reducer further comprises a fixed member that fixes an end face of the column part to the first holder part or the second holder part and is inserted from the end face into the column part.
