Abstract:
A recycled elastomer-based modular tileable floor mat, and a production process therefor. The modular tileable mat comprises a floor mat body (1) and an anti-slip mat (5). The floor mat body (1) is of a horizontally-arranged rectangular plate-shaped structure. One side of the floor mat body (1) is connected to a printed fabric (3) by means of a glue binder (2). A suede layer (4) is provided on the side of the printed fabric (3) distant from the floor mat body (1). A limiting plate (7) used for mounting the anti-slip mat (5) is fixedly connected, by means of an adhesive layer (8), to the center of the side of the floor mat body (1) distant from the glue binder (2). The anti-slip mat (5) is fastened on one side of the floor mat body (1), and anti-slip particles (6) are fixedly connected to the side of the anti-slip mat (5) distant from the floor mat body (1). Waste elastic substances are recycled to produce a floor mat, waste can be turned into wealth, pollution to the environment is avoided, the produced floor mat can be modularly tiled for use, and the size can be adjusted and changed according to customer requirements.
