Abstract:
An image analysis unit 62 executes: instruction processing (S10-S18) for instructing a measurement camera 53 to capture images of an electronic component 80 while varying the shutter speed thereof between a prescribed lower limit speed and a prescribed upper limit speed; calculation processing (S20-S30) for comparing images of lower surfaces 82a of respective leads 82, which are included in each of a plurality of imaging data sets acquired from the measurement camera 53 in accordance with the instruction processing, and ideal images of the lower surfaces 82a of the respective leads 82, which are included in ideal imaging data, and calculating, for each of the plurality of imaging data sets, the ratio of the images of the lower surfaces 82a of the respective leads 82 that are missing with respect to the ideal images; detection processing (S40) for detecting, among the plurality of missing ratios calculated in the calculation processing, imaging data for which the missing ratio is equal to or less than a prescribed first threshold; and selection processing (S44) for selecting the shutter speed used for capturing the imaging data detected in the detection processing.
