Abstract:
Disclosed is a reciprocating lamination spiral solid-liquid separator, comprising a supporting frame (9), a filter cavity (1) assembled with the supporting frame (9), a spiral shaft (2) arranged on the supporting frame (9) and penetrating the filter cavity (1), and a driving device (3) arranged on the supporting frame (9), wherein a feed port (101) and a discharge channel (102) are arranged at two ends of the filter cavity (1); the filter cavity (1) comprises a first closed movable ring sheet set (4) and a second closed ring sheet set that is inconsistent with the first closed movable ring sheet set in a motion state; the two closed ring sheet sets are stacked alternately to form the filter cavity (1); a gasket (6) is arranged between every two adjacent closed ring sheets of at least one closed ring sheet set in the two closed ring sheet sets; the thickness of each gasket (6) is greater than that of the closed ring sheets of the other set, such that a filter gap is formed between the adjacent closed ring sheets; the first closed movable ring sheet set (4) is connected into a whole by means of first connecting mechanisms (7) arranged between closed ring sheets in a penetrating manner; and the driving device (3) drives the closed movable ring sheets on the first closed movable ring sheet set (4) to reciprocate in the same circumferential track in all directions by means of a first transmission device (8), such that relative displacement is generated between the first closed movable ring sheet set (4) and the supporting frame (9), as well as between the the first closed movable ring sheet set and the second closed ring sheet set adjacent thereto.
