Abstract:
The present invention improves the convenience for, inter alia, visitors and the person in charge of the visited company at a reception desk. Provided is a reception system comprising: a visitor terminal 2 carried by a visitor UV visiting a company located on a prescribed floor of a building BLD; a medium RB, which is placed at the entrance of the company, for inputting visit information necessary for reception by a prescribed organization; and a server 1 that communicates with the visitor terminal 2, wherein the medium is given a code C that includes the URL of a reception support website. A control information reading unit 71 of the visitor terminal 2 reads an URL from the medium RB. An acquisition request unit 72 accesses the reception support website in response to an acquisition request of the reception support website. A visit information transmission control unit 74 executes control to transmit visit information to the server 1. The server 1 executes the reception process necessary to receive the visitor UV on the basis of visit information.
