Abstract:
A receptacle connector, an electronic device, and an assembly method, the receptacle connector being used for electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablet personal computers. In the embodiments of the present application, an auxiliary member of the receptacle connector can support the end portion of a terminal board away from a first connection part, so that a second connection part of the terminal board which is heavier can be prevented to a certain extent from rotating downwards, and further upward tilting of a soldering foot for soldered connection of the first connection part and a circuit board is inhibited, thus avoiding poor soldering between the first connection part and the circuit board, and improving the soldering quality of the terminal board and the circuit board; in the present application, the auxiliary member and the terminal board are detachably connected, and, after the terminal board and the circuit board are soldered and fixed, the auxiliary member can be detached from the terminal board and then assembly with a housing is performed, so that the receptacle connector occupies a small space, thus facilitating flexible arrangement of other parts in an electronic device; moreover, the receptacle connector of the present application has a relatively small thickness, meeting the design requirements of making electronic devices light and thin.
