Abstract:
A real-time monitoring system for a large-diameter ultra-long HDPE pipeline floating transportation line, the system comprising a floating transportation pipe segment (100), a first ship (200) and a second ship (300), wherein a plurality of GPS receivers (110) are arranged at intervals on the floating transportation pipe segment, a positioning system is provided on the first ship, the first ship is connected to one end of the floating transportation pipe segment, and the second ship is connected to the other end of the floating transportation pipe segment. The curvature of the pipe segment during the floating transportation process is monitored by the GPS receivers in real time, a danger point in the curvature of the pipe segment is identified according to monitored implementation data, and the danger point in the curvature is adjusted by means of the second ship.
