Abstract:
A reaction tower for phosphorus pentafluoride production, the reaction tower comprising a reaction tower body (1), wherein a packing filter plate (2) is provided in a cavity of the reaction tower body (1); a filter-plate protection assembly (3) is provided on the packing filter plate (2); and a gas-pushing and material-stirring assembly (4) is provided below the filter-plate protection assembly (3). After a second fixed column (401) in the gas-pushing and material-stirring assembly (4) indirectly controls, by means of a hexagonal rotating column (302), a column piece (303) to rotate to close rotating pieces (305) so as to stop gas from passing therethrough, the second fixed column (401) controls the hexagonal rotating column (302) to rotate in an opposite direction, such that the rotating pieces (305), which have just been closed, are open again to allow the gas to pass therethrough. By means of such intermittent opening and closing, the central portion of the packing filter plate (2) is prevented from always being in a state in which same is impacted by the flow of gas when the gas linearly passes through the packing filter plate (2) at a high speed, thereby effectively preventing the situation where the central portion of the packing filter plate (2) is more easily damaged than the edge portion thereof under the long-time impact, and thus prolonging the service life of the packing filter plate (2) in the reaction tower body (1).
