Abstract:
A rapid forming method and forming mechanism for an automobile steering wheel sheath. The forming method comprises oil suction, holding, oil filling, and oil drainage. The forming mechanism comprises a lower mold base (5), a main oil cylinder (6), an oil tank (8) and a self-suction valve (2). A plunger of the main oil cylinder (6) is detachably connected to the bottom of the lower mold base (5), and the lower mold base (5) punches the automobile steering wheel sheath and an upper mold base upward. The bottom of an upper through pipe (10) is connected to the self-suction valve (2), and the self-suction valve (2) comprises a driver (4), a valve body and a valve core (12). A main oil path (13) and an auxiliary oil path (11) are arranged in the valve body; and two ends of the main oil path (13) are connected to the upper through pipe (10) and a lower through pipe (9). The valve core (12) is rod-shaped, the center thereof being thinner than the two ends; the top of the valve core (12) can be inserted and block the auxiliary oil path (11), and the middle of the main oil path (13) can be switched between the communication and the cut-off when the valve core (12) moves horizontally. The auxiliary oil path (11) can be connected to the upper through pipe (10), and the other end of the auxiliary oil path is connected to an oil pump (3). When a small power oil pump is used in the forming method and the forming mechanism, a large punching force is rapidly provided by means of the self-suction valve (2) and the auxiliary oil cylinder (7), such that the working efficiency is high.
