Abstract:
A rapid biosafety disposal device for flexible risky materials, the device comprising a barrel body (1) and a lid (2), wherein a bottom plate (3) is fixed in the barrel body (1) close to the bottom, and the barrel body (1) is internally provided with a movable plate (4) capable of ascending and descending; there is a gap between an outer edge of the movable plate (4) and an inner wall of the barrel body (1); a lifting mechanism is used for pressing flexible risky materials on the movable plate (4) towards the lid (2) and causing the aerosol generated after pressing to flow downwards along the gap between the movable plate (4) and the inner wall of the barrel body (1); both the lid (2) and the movable plate (4) are internally provided with heating tubes (41), which are used for performing high-temperature sterilization while compressing the flexible risky materials; and a heating tube (31) and a wind power device (8) are arranged on the bottom plate (3) and are used for forming high-temperature circulating convection in a cavity between the movable plate (4) and the bottom plate (3), so as to sterilize pressed-out gas mixed with the aerosol. The apparatus can ensure that viruses on the surfaces and insides of flexible risky materials and viruses in the air in the cavity are completely inactivated under a high-temperature environment, and can also ensure that a sterilization process is safe and without leakage, such that the biosafety disposal efficiency is effectively improved.
