Abstract:
A power generation system according to the present invention can comprise: a heater for transferring heat to working fluid; a turbine for converting, into mechanical energy, the thermal energy of the working fluid having passed through the heater; a first condenser for receiving the heat from the working fluid having passed through the turbine; a first pump for moving, to the heater, the working fluid having passed through the first condenser; a circulation circuit for providing a path for circulating the working fluid through the first pump, the heater, the turbine, and the first condenser; a first branch circuit branching off from the circulation circuit between the heater and the turbine so as to enable at least a portion of the working fluid having passed through the heater to move therethrough; a power generator, which is connected to the turbine, has a gas bearing having an accommodation space formed so as to communicate with the first branch circuit, and has a rotary shaft supported by the working fluid having passing through the accommodation space; and a recovery circuit which communicates with the accommodation space and which is formed so as to join the working fluid having passing through the accommodation space with the circulation circuit provided at the front or rear end of the first condenser.
