Abstract:
A rail cover for a movement guiding device. The rail cover exhibits high dust-proofing effects and, even when a large load acts on the rail cover as a result of the rail cover being stepped on, etc., can bear the load and prevent damage to a track rail (1). The rail guide comprises: a cover main body (80) that covers the track rail (1); and an attachment part (81) that is provided to a longitudinal-direction end part of the cover main body (80) and connects the cover main body (80) to a slide block (2) that is assembled on the track rail (1). A central contact surface (84) that contacts an upper surface of the track rail (1) is formed on the inside of the cover main body (80), which faces the track rail (1). A pair of end part contact surfaces (85) that contact a fixing part on which the track rail (1) is laid are formed on either width-direction end of the cover main body (80) so as to sandwich the central contact surface (84).
