Abstract:
The present invention provides a racket stringing assistance device which enables one string to be smoothly crossed over another pre-strung string without straining said string. The racket stringing assistance device 10 is for assisting in crossing a guiding string S1, which serves as a weft string, over and under gut strings G, which serve as warp strings strung on a racket. The racket stringing assistance device 10 is provided with: an interlacing part 20 to which the guiding string S1 is connected and which is formed from a first magnet 21; and an operating part 30 which has disposed on the racket-facing side thereof a second magnet 31 to which the first magnet 31 is attracted and attaches, the operating section 30 being manipulated in the direction in which the guiding string S1 is to be strung. When the operating part 30 is advanced while the first magnet 21 is attached to the second magnet 31, the first magnet 21 becomes momentarily separated from the second magnet 31, but mutual attraction between the two magnets enables the first magnet 21 to attach to the second magnet 31, thus making it possible to cross the guiding string S1 alternately over and under the gut strings G.
