Abstract:
The present invention relates to a quickly separable ball valve apparatus. The quickly separable ball valve apparatus according to an example comprises: a first body that has a valve chamber penetrating from the front to the back and a control pin hole that communicates with a front side of the valve chamber; a second body that has a coupling chamber and a valve seat chamber formed in the rear of the coupling chamber, wherein an area around the coupling chamber is coupled and separated to/from a rear part of the first body; an opening/closing ball unit that includes a ball body for opening and closing the valve chamber by rotating, a cam that rotates according to the opening/closing operation of the ball body, and a control pin penetrating through the control pin hole so as to cause the ball coupled to a lower part thereof to rotate; a locking unit that is received in a rear end of the opening/closing ball unit in the valve chamber, and that when the valve chamber is blocked locks a front part of the second body coupled to the first body as the opening/closing ball unit unblocks the valve chamber; and a valve seat unit that is received throughout the coupling chamber and the valve seat chamber, that connects the coupling chamber to the valve seat chamber when the locking unit locks, and that blocks the coupling chamber from the valve seat chamber when the locking unit is unlocked, wherein the first and second bodies are coupled and separated when the locking unit is unlocked, and the locking unit is pushed backward and locks a front part of the second body according to the rotation of the cam that is connected to an opening of the valve chamber so that the first and second bodies are not separated.
