A quick opening self-sealed cover of a pressure vessel and a tennis ball reaeration storage apparatus. The quick opening self-sealed cover (2) of the pressure vessel comprises an upper cover (21) connected to an end port (11) of the pressure vessel, a tensioning piece (24) inserted in the upper cover and capable of moving along the axial direction of the upper cover, a connection piece (22) clamped between the upper cover and the tensioning piece, and a sealing ring (23) sleeved on the connection piece and abutted against the tensioning piece. The tensioning piece (24) moves up and down by pressurizing and decompressing the pressure vessel (1), and the sealing ring (23) is unfolded or rebounded, and then the sealing ring (23) is abutted against or separated from an inner wall of the pressure vessel, and therefore the pressure vessel can be closed or opened automatically and rapidly, and purposes of good sealing effect and convenient operation are achieved. In addition, a tennis ball reaeration storage apparatus using the quick opening self-sealed cover is further provided. The tennis ball reaeration storage apparatus comprises a storage barrel (4), an inflator (5), and a manual decompression valve (52), capable of increasing service life of a tennis ball effectively and making the operation easy and convenient.
