Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of valves, and disclosed is a quick opening mechanism for a quick-opening high-temperature spherical sealing shut-off valve, comprising: a valve body, a valve seat, a valve cover, a valve flap, a valve stem, and a driving apparatus for driving the valve stem to rotate. The valve stem and the valve flap are coaxially arranged and fixedly connected; an exhaust passage for circulation of air is provided on the valve body and the valve cover; the valve flap and the valve seat are located on the path of the exhaust passage, the valve seat is fixedly mounted in the valve body and provided with a first through hole communicated with the exhaust passage, and the valve flap is provided with a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole. The exhaust passage has three states that during the rotation of the valve flap, the shut-off valve is open when the first through hole overlaps the second through hole; the shut-off valve is half open when the first through hole partially overlaps the second through hole; and the shut-off valve is closed when the first through hole does not overlap the second through hole. The prevent invention has the advantage of good pressure-relief and flow-splitting effects.
