A quick-drop escape device for high-rise buildings, which relates to the technical fields of safety, protection and rescue, comprising: a main slideway (13), which is fixedly arranged in a fire-fighting stair channel and arranged along floor stairs; a main pulley (1), which is slidably mounted to the main slideway (13); and a supporting rod (8), wherein the top part thereof is provided with a capstan wheel (2), a tie belt (7) for binding a human body is provided along the extending direction of the supporting rod (8), and the capstan wheel (2) is fixed or separated from the main pulley (1) under the action of a clutch mechanism. By means of holding the supporting rod (8) by hand, a large number of people may slide downwards on the main slideway (13) quickly by using the main pulley (1), so as to quickly evacuate and escape before and after a disaster. The present invention has the characteristics of a high safety factor, a simple and convenient operation, a fast escape speed and the ability to evacuate more people in a short period of time, will not scare the escaping people due to the high altitude, and may also prevent the escaping people from being crowded and trampled while escaping and blocking the escape passage.
