Abstract:
The present invention relates to a quantum random number encryption key generation method, and more specifically to a quantum random number encryption key generation method characterized by comprising: a calling unit for transmitting a random signal so that a user can call data and an encryption key enabling access to the data; a service unit which detects the signal of the calling unit and provides, to the calling unit, the data and the encryption access key enabling access thereto that have been requested by the user; and a basic quantum random number generation unit for generating the encryption access key via a quantum random number system method, and providing the key to the service unit.
