Abstract:
A quantitative and constant-variable switchable hydraulic system, and a control method therefor and an operation machine. The hydraulic system comprises: an oil tank (11); a working pump (12); a control oil cylinder (13) which is configured to control a variable mechanism; a working oil line (14) which is in communication with an output trunk (26) of the working pump (12); a load-sensitive system which comprises a load-sensitive circuit (16) that outputs hydraulic pressure according to the load; a load-sensitive valve (15); and a constant-variable switching control valve (17), wherein the constant-variable switching control valve (17) can be switched between a first valve position and a second valve position; if the difference between the input pressure at a first control port (18) and the pressure at a second control port (19) is greater than a first threshold, the output trunk (26) is in communication with an input port of the control oil cylinder (13); and if the difference is less than the first threshold, an input port of the control oil cylinder (13) is in communication with an oil return port of the oil tank (11). According to the quantitative and constant-variable switchable hydraulic system, and the control method therefor and the operation machine, operators can perform quantitative and constant-variable switching on the hydraulic system, such that a better balance is achieved between energy conservation and performance.
