Abstract:
A pyrolysis sulfurization beneficiation method for a laterite-nickel ore, comprising the following steps: S1) optionally drying a laterite-nickel ore to obtain a dry laterite-nickel ore; S2) heating and reacting the dry laterite-nickel ore with a sulfurizing agent to obtain a sulfurized mixed ore; S3) crushing and grinding the sulfurized mixed ore to obtain a powdered ore, then feeding the powdered ore into a beneficiation process, and separating to obtain a metal sulfide and remaining tailings. In the present method, after the laterite-nickel ore is dried to remove free water, the sulfurizing agent is added to be heated together, so that the nickel-cobalt oxide in the laterite-nickel ore is converted into a sulfide. Then, a currently mature nickel-cobalt sulfide flotation technology is used, so that the beneficiation of the laterite-nickel ore can be achieved under certain conditions, and a large amount of slag is reduced for a downstream smelting process, thereby reducing the energy consumption problem of laterite-nickel ore smelting, and the method has great economic and social value.
