Abstract:
A push rod/piston assembly for a hydraulic master cylinder of a clutch disengagement system, and an assembling method for the push rod/piston assembly. The push rod/piston assembly comprises: a push rod (1), one side end of the push rod (1) in the axial direction being formed to be a spherical portion (12); a piston (2), comprising a columnar piston body (21) and multiple elastic plates (22) extending out from the other side end, in the axial direction, of the piston body (21), the multiple elastic plates (22) extending along the axial direction and being distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction, so as to form a mounting space (SO) defined by the multiple elastic plates (22) and the other side end, in the axial direction, of the piston body (21), with the spherical portion mounted in the mounting space (SO); and a securing ring (3), at least one portion thereof being sleeved on the multiple elastic plates (22), so that the inner surfaces of the multiple elastic plates (22) are abutted against the spherical portion (12) in the state that the spherical portion (12) is mounted in the mounting space (SO). The push rod/piston assembly is less in assembling steps, easy in assembly, and low in assembling costs; on the other hand, the risk of damages to components of the push rod/piston assembly during assembling is further avoided.
