Abstract:
A purification column, comprising a column body (1), an absorption film (3), and a plug (2). The column body (1) is a cylinder body having an open top and a sealed bottom; a liquid outlet (101) is formed at the bottom end of the cylinder body; the liquid outlet (101) is communicated with an inner cavity of the cylinder body; the absorption film (3) is laid on the inner bottom surface of the cylinder body and covers the liquid outlet (101); the plug (2) is provided on the absorption film (3) and used for blocking the bottom end of the cylinder body; the plug (2) comprises a supporting wall (202) and a covering film (201) that are connected together; upper and lower ends of the supporting wall (202) are open; the covering film (201) is connected to an end face of the supporting wall (202) away from the absorption film (3), and covers an opening at this end of the supporting wall (202).
