Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a puncture-resistant flexible nanocomposite material and a preparation method therefor. The composite material is formed by compounding a weft knitted matrix with a shear thickening fluid, the compactness of the matrix being 14-49.5. The matrix is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, the yarn count is 200 D-600 D, the transverse density of the matrix is 18-30 columns/inch, and the longitudinal density of the matrix is 30-43 rows/inch. Preferably, the yarn count is 300 D-590 D, the transverse density of the matrix is 23-30 columns/inch, and the longitudinal density of the matrix is 30-40 rows/inch. The composite material of the present invention can effectively resist needle puncture, has good flexibility, and does not affect fine operation of the hand of a user, and an ideal effect of needle puncture resistance can be achieved by means of a single-layer material. The preparation process of the present invention is simple, and mass production can be realized. Green solvents and materials are used in the preparation process and are non-toxic.
