Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable formation of a proper punched part and a notched part regardless of the thickness of a plastic film such as a first body material and a second body material. A bag 1 is provided with: a first body material 11; a second body material 12 that is superposed on the first body material 11 and brought into intimate contact with the first body material 11 on a periphery thereof; a chuck tape 2 that is disposed between the first body material 11 and the second body material 12 and has male and female fastener parts 21 and 22; and a cut tape 3 that is disposed between attachment base parts 21A and 22A of the male and female fastener parts 21 and 22 and the first body material 11 and used to tear the first body material 11. A punching unit 5 is provided with a punching blade 50 and a cutting blade 51 for forming a tab 4. The cutting blade 51 has blade parts 510 and notched parts 511 alternately disposed in a longitudinal direction 51Y.
