A pumping mechanical hydraulic system, comprising an oil tank (33), a pressure oil source (3), a pumping hydraulic execution component (4), and at least two reversing valve sets (2). The pressure oil source (3) is used for outputting hydraulic oil. A pressure oil inlet of each reversing valve set (2) is separately connected to the pressure oil source (3) by means of an oil inlet branch (1). An oil return port of each reversing valve set (2) is connected to the oil tank (33). Each reversing valve set (2) is provided with two operating oil ports. The two operating oil ports of each reversing valve set (2) are respectively connected to two oil inlet and return ports of the pumping hydraulic execution component (4) by means of two oil inlet and return branches (71, 72). While the pumping mechanical hydraulic system meets the requirements for the large discharge capacity and the high flow, the size of a single reversing valve set can be reduced, a conventional reversing valve set can be adopted as the single reversing valve set, and the processing and manufacturing costs and the mounting and maintenance costs of the reversing valve sets are reduced. Moreover, the components corresponding to the reversing valve sets can adopt conventional specifications, thereby reducing the costs of accessories.
