Abstract:
A pump skid assembly, comprising: a frame (1), wherein two pumps (2) and a three-way pipeline (3) are mounted on the frame (1), and a main pipeline of the three-way pipeline (3) comprises a fitting pipeline (31); a water injection four-way pipeline (4), wherein a main pipeline of the water injection four-way pipeline (4) comprises a water injection pipeline (41), two branch pipelines of the water injection four-way pipeline (4) are in one-to-one correspondence with water inlets of the two pumps (2) and are communicated with the corresponding water inlets, and the remaining branch pipeline of the water injection four-way pipeline (4) is communicated with one branch pipeline of the three-way pipeline (3) and is provided with a hydraulic control valve I (5); and a drainage four-way pipeline (6), wherein a main pipeline of the drainage four-way pipeline (6) comprises a drainage pipeline (61). By using two submersible pumps, on the one hand, the water pumping flow can be increased, the operation efficiency is improved, and it is ensured that enough water pumping power can be provided; and on the other hand, by using the redundancy design, when a fault occurs in one pump, the other pump can still work, so that the guarantee effect is achieved, and the usage reliability of the pump skid assembly is greatly improved.
