Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a pump device for lubricating oil and an operating method therefor. The pump device for lubricating oil comprises: a lubricating oil cartridge having a tank in which lubricating oil is accommodated; and a pump body that is coupled to the lubricating oil cartridge and receives lubricating oil from the lubricating oil cartridge, wherein the pump body may include an inlet path through which lubricating oil accommodated in the tank flows in; an outlet path that supplies lubricating oil introduced from the inlet path to a lubricating pipe; a temporary storage path disposed between the inlet path and the outlet path; a pressure detection unit that is provided on one side of the outlet path and measures an internal pressure of the outlet path; a lubricating oil supply control unit having a cylinder in communication with the temporary storage path, and a piston that is accommodated in the cylinder and moves forward and backward along the length direction of the cylinder; a control unit that controls operations of a lubricating oil supply mode in which the lubricating oil of the inlet path is guided to the outlet path and a lubricating oil depressurization mode in which the lubricating oil of the outlet path is guided to the inlet path through a bypass; and a position detection unit including a first detection unit that detects a first position of the piston for supplying the lubricating oil accommodated in the temporary storage path to the outlet path, and a second detection unit that detects a second position of the piston for retracting from the first position and introducing the lubricating oil accommodated in the inlet path into the temporary storage path. In the lubricating oil depressurization mode, the control unit derives a movement speed of the piston on the basis of a movement time of the piston moved from the first position to the second position, and controls the movement of the piston by calculating a movement time of the piston to a depressurized position that the piston is to reach on the basis of the derived movement speed of the piston.
