Title:
PULVERIZER ROLLER, SOLID FUEL PULVERIZATION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PULVERIZER ROLLER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/120079
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable a mechanical process such as a cutting process to be performed easily and to reduce manufacturing costs. A pulverizer roller (13) comprises: a journal housing that is rotatably supported about a center axis (C2), with respect to a housing; and an annular roller part (49) that fits, from the outside, with the outer circumference of the journal housing and that pulverizes solid fuel between the annular roller part itself and a pulverizer table. The roller part (49) has: a processed section (53) that fits, from the outside, with the outer circumference of the journal housing; and a base section (51) provided to the outer circumference of the processed section (53). The processed section (53) has: an inner circumference (54) that covers an inner circumferential surface of the base section (51) and that makes contact with the outer circumference of the journal housing; and end face sections (55) that form end faces of the roller part (49) in the center axis (C2) direction thereof. The processed section is formed of a material having more favorable processability than the base section (51).
