Abstract:
Disclosed is a pulverized coal boiler capable of preventing contamination and slagging of a convection heating surface. Two stages of absorption tubes are added in a convection heating area of the boiler to capture alkali metal elements in flue gas, so that the contamination and slagging phenomena in a normal heating surface of the boiler are reduced and the normal operation of the boiler is ensured. The present invention comprises, arranged in the horizontal direction in a combustion chamber from inside to outside along an outlet of the combustion chamber: a platen superheater, a high-temperature superheater and a high-temperature reheater. The first-stage absorption tube is arranged on the boiler wall surface between the platen superheater and the high-temperature superheater, the second-stage absorption tube is arranged on the boiler wall surface between the high-temperature superheater and the high-temperature reheater, a plurality of first-stage absorption tube soot blowers are arranged in front of the first-stage absorption tube, and a plurality of second-stage absorption tube soot blowers are arranged in front of the second-stage absorption tube. The present invention uses the two stages of absorption tubes having low temperature to absorb alkali metal elements in flue gas in advance, preventing the alkali metal elements from being solidified in the high-temperature superheater and the high-temperature reheater, and having good anti-contamination and anti-slagging effects.
