Title:
PULSER PLATE ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE FOR CRANKSHAFT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/059360
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In this pulser plate attachment structure for a crankshaft: pulser plates (60; 100) are externally fitted to and positioned concentrically with arcuate protruding-strip parts (53; 93) which are formed so as to be centered around the rotational center axis on the outside surface of a crank web and have both-side end parts (53p, 53q; 93p, 93q) that sandwich a pin hole; and engagement protrusions (64; 104p, 104q) that protrude from the inner circumferential edges of the pulser plates (60; 100) toward crankshaft parts (51L; 91L) between the both-side end parts (53p, 53q; 93p, 93q) of the arcuate protruding-strip parts (53; 93), are engaged to fitted parts (53p, 53q; 95e) which are portions of structures for fitting crank pins (55; 95) into the pin hole, the engagement protrusions (64; 104p, 104q) being positioned in relative rotation positions, whereby productivity is improved and cost reduction is achieved with few machining man-hours and without requiring high machining accuracy.
