Abstract:
The present invention relates to a protective gas supply and recycling method for a cold-rolling annealing furnace, which can comprise the following steps: S1. providing gas to protective gas storage tanks so as to enable each of the storage tanks to reach a preset pressure; S2. by means of an electronic control unit, performing gas mixing to a proportion according to actual requirements of a cold-rolling annealing furnace; S3. according to the pressure of protective gas, supplementing the protective gas mixed to a proportion to the protective gas storage tanks; S4. providing two-way pressure-regulating facilities, one for use and one for standby, at outlets of the protective gas storage tanks to provide a low-pressure protective gas that meets requirements of the cold-rolling annealing furnace; and S5. by means of a protective gas circulation unit, recycling waste protective gas that has been used by the cold-rolling annealing furnace to the protective gas storage tanks. The present invention combines the existing evolved industrial art and proceeds from engineering facts to solve problems in the whole system from the supply of component raw gas to the recovery and recycling of protective gas. Moreover, the present invention reduces the energy consumption and production costs of annealing furnace production, and has good application prospects.
