Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a protection board, and a vehicle. The protection board is used for connecting to a battery. The protection board is provided therein with a first channel and a second channel, the second channel being arranged on the side of the first channel facing away from the battery. When the side of the protection board facing away from the battery is subjected to an external impact, the first channel and the second channel may both have the effects of energy absorption and shock absorption, thereby achieving a dual protection effect, reducing the shaking amplitude of the battery, and improving the safety. Providing the first channel and the second channel may also reduce the weight of the protection board.
