Provided are a propeller mounting structure (100), a propeller (200) matched with the same, a power set (300) comprising the propeller mounting structure (100) and the propeller (200), and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The propeller mounting structure (100) is used for detachably mounting the propeller (200) on a motor (10), and comprises a mounting base (1), a locking piece (2) and an elastic member (3). The mounting base (1) is fixed on an end surface of the motor (10) and passes through a motor shaft (20) of the motor (10) for rotationally engaging with the propeller (200); the elastic member (3) is coupled to the locking piece (2) for applying an elastic force to the locking piece (2) along an axial direction of the motor shaft (20), so that the locking piece (2) is on the outside of the propeller and at least partially blocks the propeller along the engagement direction thereof (200). The propeller mounting structure (100) enables reliable mounting and connection of the propeller (200), and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
