Abstract:
Provided are a projection-welded joint and a projection welding method. The present invention is a welded joint formed by subjecting a high-strength plated steel sheet and a nut to projection welding, wherein the amount of solid solution Mn in a first region of a surface layer of the steel sheet at an outermost peripheral portion of the welded portion is no greater than 40% of the amount of solid solution Mn in a second region of the center portion of the steel sheet at the outermost peripheral portion of the welded portion, and the amount of solid solution Mn in a third region of the surface layer of the steel sheet at an innermost peripheral portion of the welded portion is no greater than 40% of the amount of solid solution Mn in a fourth region of the center portion of the steel sheet at the innermost peripheral portion of the welded portion.
