Abstract:
A projection weld joint manufacturing method according to the present disclosure comprises: pressing a projection portion of a steel member, which includes the projection portion on a flat surface thereof, against a surface of a hot-stamped steel plate including, on the surface, an Al-based plating layer, and having the tensile strength of 1.5 GPa or more; performing first energization on the hot-stamped steel plate, the projection portion, and the steel member, and forming the projection portion into a projection welded part; quenching the projection welded part; and performing second energization on the quenched projection welded part, and tempering the edge of the projection welded part while keeping the central part of the projection welded part quenched.
