Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a production system and preparation method for the continuous-flow production of a salt-free amino acid surfactant. The production system comprises: an amidation reaction module, which is configured to perform an amidation reaction, wherein the amidation reaction module comprises at least one reactor unit, and the reactor unit has an input end configured to input an amino acid salt, an acyl chloride, a caustic soda liquid and a treated mother liquor, and an output end configured to output an amidation product; a post-treatment module, which is connected to the output end of the reactor unit, wherein the amidation product is conveyed into the post-treatment module for separation and concentration treatments, an output path A of the post-treatment module is connected to a finished product storage tank, and the mother liquor is outputted from an output path B of the post-treatment module; and a mother liquor separation module, which comprises at least one separation unit, wherein an output end of the separation unit outputs a separated salt, and a backflow end of the separation unit is connected to the input end of the reactor unit to allow the treated mother liquor to flow back. The present application can achieve the full-continuous-flow production of a salt-free amino acid surfactant, has low energy consumption, and is green and free of wastewater discharge.
