Abstract:
The antivibration device production method according to the present invention comprises: a placement step for placing a body member (15) within a decompression vessel (21); a sealing step for forming a sealed space (A) formed by a seal cylinder (22), the inner circumferential surface of a circumferential wall (21b) of the decompression vessel, the top surface of the bottom wall (21a) of the decompression vessel, and the outer circumferential surface of an elastic body (13); a decompression step for reducing the pressure within the sealed space; a liquid supply step for supplying a liquid to the sealed space following the decompression step and filling the liquid to a corresponding portion forming an orifice passage way and two liquid chambers in the outer circumferential surface of the elastic body; and a mounting step for, after the liquid supply step, causing the seal cylinder and an outer mounting member (11) fitted in the seal cylinder to integrally enter the decompression vessel and further causing the elastic body to fit into the inner side of the outer mounting member (11), so as to form an antivibration device.
