Abstract:
This production assistance device comprises: a first training data acquisition unit for acquiring a plurality of pieces of first training data to be used for first machine learning related to component type pairs for which a reward is provided because of an improvement in a mounting process made through experiments of the mounting process conducted by swapping component type pairs with respect to components that are mounted on a substrate between a plurality of component mounting machines; a training data storage unit for classifying and storing the acquired plurality of pieces of first training data in accordance with predetermined classification criteria; an extraction unit for randomly extracting any of the first training data classified and stored in the training data storage unit; and a trained model storage unit for storing a trained model generated by performing the first machine learning using the randomly extracted first training data.
