Abstract:
A production apparatus for new energy automobile part machining. The production apparatus comprises a support frame (1), wherein a grinding mechanism is arranged above the support frame, the grinding mechanism comprises a rotary plate (27) rotatably arranged above the support frame by means of a drive mechanism, a column (22) is horizontally connected at the middle of an outer wall of a front end of the rotary plate, a T-shaped sleeve (23) is slidably sleeved on an outer wall of the column by means of a transmission mechanism, three obliquely arranged connecting rods (24) are rotatably mounted on an outer wall of the T-shaped sleeve around the center of the T-shaped sleeve in an annular array manner, an L-shaped frame (30) is rotatably mounted at the end of the connecting rod that is away from the column, a grinding roller (17) is detachably mounted on an inner wall of the L-shaped frame by means of an adjusting mechanism, an annular cover (14) is fixedly connected to the edge of the outer wall of the front end of the rotary plate, and a clamping mechanism is arranged above the support frame. The grinding mechanism can grind outer walls of hubs with different radii and clamp the hubs with different radii, no debris generated during grinding splashes to the outside, and it is convenient to replace a grinding roller.
