Abstract:
A processing and polishing apparatus for the production of medical instruments, comprising a base (1), a machine table (2), a clamping assembly and an atomizing assembly. The atomizing assembly is provided on the top of the machine table (2); the atomizing assembly comprises an atomizer (3), hoses (5) and a mounting plate (6); a water tank is provided in the atomizer (3), a plurality of nozzles (61) are provided on the mounting plate (6) at equal intervals, the nozzles (61) spray water mist towards the inner side of the machine table (2), and a water supply pipe is provided in the mounting plate (6); a mounting slot for facilitating the mounting of a polishing assembly (4) is provided on the machine table (2), and the polishing assembly (4) is located at one side of the atomizing assembly; the base (1) is provided with a slide rail (8), the machine table (2) is provided with a lead screw (7) parallel to the slide rail (8), the lead screw (7) is located above the slide rail (8), one side of the machine table (2) is provided with a drive motor (10), and the lead screw (7) is provided with a movable table (9) that can move left and right; the clamping assembly is provided on the surface of the movable table (9), and comprises a positioning rod (91) and clamping plates (92), and threaded rods (93) are provided between two groups of clamping plates (92). The apparatus performs polishing on a medical instrument by means of an adjustable polishing head, and achieves the purpose of dust reduction by means of spray of the atomizing assembly, thereby reducing pollution.
