Abstract:
A processing method of pure down feather wadding, comprising the following steps: a, laying a lower-layer fabric (18); b, laying a down feather material, pumping negative pressure below the lower-layer fabric (18), providing a down falling bin (6) above the lower-layer fabric (18), feeding the down feather material into the down falling bin (6) by using high-speed airflow, enabling the down feather material to be transversely and uniformly distributed after passing through slits (21), and spraying glue to the front side and the rear side in a down falling process; c, laying an upper-layer fabric (19); d, performing drying; and e, performing cooling and winding. The down feather material can be rapidly and uniformly distributed by means of high-speed down feeding and slit (21) design of the down falling bin (6), and uniform airflow is formed under the action of a negative pressure cover (10) to complete uniform laying and adsorption of the down feather material, such that processing of the pure down feather wadding is achieved.
