Abstract:
A processing method of a high-pressure-resistant polyurethane winding pultrusion pipeline. The method comprises: coating a core mold with a pipeline lining material to form a tubular lining layer, and annularly winding the surface of the lining layer with fibers to form an annular fiber winding layer; performing cross winding on the surface of the annular fiber winding layer with fibers to form a cross fiber winding layer; and entering a dipping process, injecting double-component polyurethane material into a pressurized dipping process under high pressure to carry out permeation dipping treatment, and after the dipping is completed, entering a curing process for polyurethane curing treatment at a high temperature to obtain a corresponding cured high-pressure-resistant polyurethane winding pultrusion pipeline. According to the processing method, the defect of water leakage caused by micro-cracks in the pipeline can be effectively avoided, and the effects of super high-pressure resistance, water leakage prevention and the like of the pipeline are realized.
