Abstract:
A processing device (10) comprises: an operation log recording unit (11) that records, from a management target terminal (20A), an operation log including the occurrence time of a user operation executed on the management target terminal (20A), the window title of a window in which the operation has been executed, the execution file name of an application having called the window in which the operation has been executed, the type of the operation, and a captured image of a certain region including the operation position; an identification unit (12) that identifies, from the operation log acquired by the operation log recording unit (11), an operation to be automatically executed; and an automatic operation unit (13) that extracts, from a captured image of a window displayed on a screen of an operation target terminal (20B), a region which matches with a captured image associated with the operation to be automatically executed, and that issues, to the operation target terminal (20B), an operation event of the type of operation which is associated with the operation to be automatically executed, while setting the center of the matched region as an operation position.
