Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of glove mold manufacturing, and in particular to a process for producing an alloy glove mold, and an alloy glove mold structure. The process for producing an alloy glove mold comprises: carrying out die-casting or casting to obtain required upper and lower half palms of a hollow structure; carrying out computer numerical control (CNC) machining on an inner wall of the upper half palm and an inner wall of the lower half palm; forming a process groove at a weld joint between the upper half palm and the lower half palm; adding a filler into the process groove for filling and covering; and polishing and sandblasting the surface of an alloy glove mold structure, wherein the alloy glove mold structure comprises the upper half palm and the lower half palm, and an upper welding groove and a lower welding groove form the process groove. By means of the present invention, the thickness of the upper half palm and finger portions of the upper half palm are uniform, so that the processing quality of a disposable glove is improved, and the yield is thus improved; and the problems of holes and perforations in the quality during formation of the disposable glove are solved, the product quality of the disposable glove is improved, and a structure is reliable.
