Abstract:
Disclosed is a control system for preventing unnecessary pressure loss by switching a priority control valve to a throttle state or a throttle-release state, depending on a load amount that is generated from a hydraulic generator, when simultaneously operating work devices such as a revolution device and an arm. A control system according to the present invention provides a priority control system comprising: first and second hydraulic pumps; a boom control valve, a bucket control valve, and a left driving control valve, which are installed on a first center bypass path of the first hydraulic pump and are connected via a parallel flow path; a revolution control valve, an arm control valve, and a right driving control valve, which are installed on a second center bypass path of the second hydraulic pump and are connected via a parallel flow path; first and second pressure generation devices; a shuttle valve for outputting a signal selected from pilot signals, which are applied to the revolution control valve in accordance with the operation of the first pressure generation device; and the priority control valve, which is installed on a flow path between the parallel flow path on the second hydraulic pump-side and an inlet port of an arm control valve, switches to a throttle state when simultaneously operating a high-load driving device and a low-load work device, and which switches to a throttle-release state when simultaneously operating the high-load driving device and a high-load work device.
