Abstract:
A printed circuit board drilling machining control apparatus (01) and method, and a drilling device (02). The printed circuit board drilling machining control apparatus comprises: a parameter input module (10), a compensation obtaining module (20), a control unit (30), a driving unit (40), a machining tool (50), and a workbench (60). The workbench is configured to fix a printed circuit board, and the top surface of the workbench and the machining tool are provided opposite to each other; the parameter input module is configured to obtain a preset machining parameter, the preset machining parameter comprising a preset drilling depth (H0); the compensation obtaining module is configured to obtain a deviation compensation coefficient (k) of drilling machining; the control unit is configured to receive the preset drilling depth and the deviation compensation coefficient, calculate a corrected drilling depth, and control, according to the corrected drilling depth, the driving unit to operate; and the driving unit is configured to drive the machining tool to move along a direction perpendicular to the top surface of the workbench to perform drilling machining on the printed circuit board.
